How dribble like a breast basketball (part 2)

Here are a few basketball more dribbling drills for you wonderful there. These exercises are simple and basic, but they are extremely critical to the success on the ground. If you want to win more games, score points higher and maneuver your Defender then you need to practice these exercises daily. I recommend you for 10-15 minutes on your own. Dribble around of cones or chairs (intervals of 10 to 15 feet)

One on one dribble

-Simple players with a bullet
-a player is offence and defence
-purpose of the offence is to obtain the half court without it returning (defence cannot fault. sometimes I'm playing with his hands behind his back)
